Your FREE 6 Day Connection Challenge

6 days. Five 10-minute moments. One date. A simple way to reconnect.

Life gets busy. And without really noticing it, we can give less and less attention to the person who matters most.

The 6 Day Connection Challenge is a chance to intentionally invest in your relationship – to reconnect, notice the good and create more positive moments together.

Start on Monday. From Monday to Friday, you’ll receive a short email designed to take around 10 minutes. Then on Saturday, you’ll get a simple stay-at-home date idea to finish your week together.

What you’ll get

From Monday to Friday, each email includes:

Then on Saturday, you’ll get a simple stay-at-home date idea – no big plans needed, just some intentional time to enjoy being together and build on what you’ve explored during the week.

No long lessons. No relationship overhaul. Just 10 intentional minutes from Monday to Friday, and some time together at the weekend.

You can do the challenge together. But if your partner isn’t interested in joining in, you can still take part. Use the activities and questions as a chance to reflect or journal, and focus on what you can bring to your relationship from your side.

What can change in just six days?

It’s easy for what isn’t working to get more of our attention than what is. The everyday things we value about each other can gradually become less noticeable.

Over six days, you’ll experiment with rerouting some of your attention towards what is already working – noticing what you appreciate, recognising the moments when you connect and doing more of what works for the two of you.

This isn’t about overlooking the difficult things. It’s about making sure that what is working gets more of your attention again.
When we notice what’s working, we create more opportunities for it to happen again. And when small positive actions become habits, they can begin to shape the everyday life you build together.
