Couples Coaching
You’ve built a life together. But where’s the spark gone?
Between work, family and everything else that needs doing, it’s easy to become a great team at managing life while forgetting to enjoy each other.
Perhaps your conversations are mostly about practicalities. The laughter and playfulness have become less frequent. Or you keep getting caught in the same disagreements. You still love each other. You just miss the closeness, the fun and that feeling of us.

Does this sound like you?
You talk every day, but mostly about who’s doing what.
You miss laughing, flirting or simply having fun together.
Small disagreements sometimes become the same frustrating argument.
By the time everything else is done, there’s little energy left for each other.
Perhaps your relationship isn’t in a bad place. You simply want more from it.
You don’t want to lose what you’ve built together. You want to enjoy it together
Less managing life. More enjoying it together.
Imagine looking forward to spending time together again.
Laughing more easily. Feeling appreciated and understood. Having conversations that bring you closer. Finding little moments of affection and playfulness in an ordinary week.
And when life gets difficult, feeling like you’re on the same side.
You don’t have to start from scratch. There’s already something worth building on.

“Now, having had 5 months of support from Bella & Roman,
Leila
I feel positive, happier, more in control of my life and less anxious.”

Relationships are a team sport.
Two Partners. Two Coaches. One Direction.
We’re Roman and Bella. We’ve been married for nearly 20 years, and we work with couples as a couple.
Roman is a life coach, and Bella brings her counselling background and coaching experience.
Together, we combine different perspectives, professional skills and our own experience of marriage. Both of you work with both of us. Having two coaches means two perspectives and more opportunities for each partner to feel understood. We make room for both of you to be heard, without taking sides or deciding who’s right.
Rather than telling you what your relationship should look like, we help you discover what works for the two of you.
“Having a male and female there was very helpful”
Scott
Less analysing what’s wrong. More discovering what works.
We help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck, but we don’t want you to spend all your time talking about problems.
We also explore your strengths, what’s already going well and the kind of relationship you want to build.
Then we help you turn those discoveries into practical changes.
Insight → Practice → Momentum
Insight
Understand each other, recognise unhelpful patterns and discover what’s already working.
Practice
Try small, meaningful changes in everyday life, with practical tools tailored to your relationship.
Momentum
Notice what makes a difference, build on your discoveries and develop habits that last.
For example, you might learn a simple way to check in with each other each week, helping you appreciate what’s going well and talk about what you’d like to change without blaming each other.
“When we started a weekly check-in with each other following a framework
Catriona & Sebastian
we’d learnt with Bella and Roman,
gratitude and love flowed more freely.
This made such a difference.”

Start with a Roadmap Session
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. In your Roadmap Session, we’ll explore where you are now, what you’d love to be different and what might help you move forward.
You’ll experience how we work together, identify what matters most to your relationship and leave with a clearer direction and one practical step you can begin trying together.
Online worldwide or in person in Kirkcaldy and Dalkeith, Scotland, by appointment.
There’s no pressure to commit to ongoing coaching.
““From a male perspective I wasn’t sure about couples coaching at first,
Scott
but it helped me own the hurt I’d caused.””
Keep growing, one month at a time.
Our ongoing coaching gives you space to work on your relationship, try new approaches and build on what works. Each month includes:
- Two 60-minute sessions with both Roman and Bella.
- Practical tools tailored to your relationship.
- One carefully chosen resource to support your work between sessions.
- The freedom to decide whether to continue the following month.
Most couples work with us for around 3–5 months, giving them time to understand their patterns, try new approaches and develop habits that last.
There’s no fixed long-term commitment. We review your progress together, and you decide whether to continue each month. The same coaching. A contribution that works for you.
Our standard rate is £248 per couple, per month.
We believe relationship support should be accessible to couples with different financial circumstances. That’s why we offer three contribution levels.
Accessible contribution
£198
Choose this if paying £248 would put pressure on your household finances.
Standard contribution
£248
Choose this if you can comfortably afford our regular coaching rate.
Supporter contribution
£298
Choose this if you’re able to contribute an extra £50 each month to help us make coaching accessible to couples with tighter budgets.
Whichever you choose, you receive exactly the same coaching, attention and resources. Simply choose the contribution that best reflects your circumstances. No application or explanation needed.

What if your partner isn’t ready?
You don’t have to wait for your partner before you begin. Perhaps you’re the one who wants things to change, but your partner isn’t interested in coaching.
Bella offers individual relationship support to help you understand what’s happening between you, recognise patterns and discover where you have influence.
You don’t have to take responsibility for the whole relationship to begin making changes yourself.

More closeness. More laughter. More of us.
You don’t have to change everything about your relationship. Sometimes the way forward begins with understanding each other a little better, noticing what’s already good and making room for small moments of connection.
Let’s discover what works for you.
